Leadership Flathead Reservation is designed to facilitate development and growth of local leaders, provide opportunities to interact with other community members, and explore local relevant issues.

Building strong communities requires insightful leaders who have the ability to communicate and work effectively with others. The program spans two years, starting with a two-day retreat in the fall and continuing with monthly sessions through May. After a summer hiatus, the class divides into committees to plan and facilitate the sessions for the next class in the following year. Tuition for the program is $1,200 and a limited number of partial scholarships are available. We will be accepting applications in the spring of 2022 for the class of 2024.
