Polson Napa: From Employee to Owner
Who hasn’t dreamed of going from employee to owner? Manny initially came to us through our workshops to learn the business skills needed to manage an auto parts store. He was an employee there and was working to buy the business – NAPA Auto Parts in Polson.
Our staff and expert network consultants worked with him in the development of a business plan and obtaining financing. He also needed to develop marketing skills that were specific to running a franchise, and worked with our expert consultant who has experience in franchise marketing.
Manny and his business partner closed on the loan with LCCDC in early 2020 and have purchased the business. We continue to support him with assistance on human resources, marketing and cash flow to ensure his success. This acquisition resulted in the retention of 10 full-time jobs in Polson.
