Spotlighting Montana’s Food Entrepreneurs and Start-ups
Are you following the movers and shakers (re)building our regional food system? Food entrepreneurs are crafting new products with fresh, nutrient-dense ingredients from Montana farms and providing essential services like processing and aggregation for local foods in new and innovative ways.
Over the last two months, the Meaningful Marketplace Podcast, with hosts Sarah Masoni and Sarah Marshall and support from the Rocky Mountain Regional Food Business Center, has featured some of Montana’s best and brightest food entrepreneurs and start-ups across the Big Sky State.
As a Food and Ag Development Center with the Montana Department of Agriculture, Mission West proudly supports several of these outstanding individuals and groups. Through start-up and expansion, our team has helped develop their food businesses by offering technical assistance with product development, food safety, financing, business planning, cooperative development, and more. Check out their episodes wherever you find your podcasts! You can access all episodes for free on Simplecast.
