Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a food safety management system designed to identify and control potential food safety hazards that may occur in the food production process. HACCP addresses food safety concerns through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution, and consumption of the finished product.

HACCP is being successfully applied to all segments of the food industry from growing, harvesting, processing, manufacturing, distributing, and merchandising to preparing food for consumption.

A certified HACCP coordinator is required for the management of a HACCP food safety plan in USDA and some FDA food production.

Our HACCP certification course is a multi-day certification training is an online course that requires a personal computer, reliable internet connection, and working camera and microphone. Participation in the course will be monitored and is mandatory to complete the certification process.

Course enrollment is reserved specifically for businesses that require a HACCP certification and confirmation of your business requirements are required prior to training.
