About the Center

What We Do

The Mission Mountain Food Enterprise Center (MMFEC) is a 13,000-square-foot shared-use food processing facility in Ronan, Montana. FDA registered, USDA Meat Inspected, and Certified Organic, it's the only facility of its kind in the state.

The MMFEC lowers the cost of entry for food entrepreneurs, gives local farmers access to professional processing equipment, and strengthens Montana's capacity to produce, process, and distribute locally grown food. Approved clients book kitchen time through the Food Corridor platform and get access to technical expertise they couldn't afford on their own.
