New Client Application
Becoming an MMFEC client gives you access to Montana's only shared-use processing facility, food safety resources, and technical assistance from our food enterprise team.
What You'll Need
to Apply
The new client application is a 6-step online form. The process typically takes 10–15 minutes to complete.
Our team reviews all applications and will follow up to discuss your project, answer questions about facility access, and schedule an orientation if needed before your first production session.

Application Steps
Each step is straightforward. Most applicants complete the form in a single session.
Contact Information
Your name, business name, address, phone, and email.
Business Overview
Describe your business, the products you make or plan to make, and your current stage of development.
Facility Needs
Tell us which kitchen spaces, equipment, and services you'll need and how often you expect to use the facility.
Food Safety Documentation
Upload or provide information about any existing food safety certifications, licenses, or registrations you hold.
Insurance
All clients must provide proof of general liability insurance naming MWCDP as additionally insured before their first production session.
Agreement & Submission
Review and agree to facility policies and submit your application. Our team will be in touch within a few business days.
