Review & Award
Brittany reviews applications on a rolling basis and follows up directly. Approved projects receive a grant agreement, and you can track status and message us through your applicant portal.
Receive Your Funding
Awarded projects choose how funds flow. Mission West can pay your project invoices directly, with payment processed within 30 to 60 days, or you can pay costs upfront and be reimbursed.
Matching Requirement: All grants require a dollar-for-dollar match from the applicant. A $10,000 grant requires $10,000 in matching investment from the property owner or project sponsor. For awarded projects, Mission West can pay project invoices directly (processed within 30 to 60 days), or you can pay costs upfront and be reimbursed.
